1. Who we are

The service is operated by Tours & Transfers, CHANGE (the "Platform"). Contact: support@toursntransfers.com.

The Platform is an intermediary: it connects travellers with independent vehicle owners and drivers. Transport and excursions are provided by the owner, not by the Platform.

2. How booking works

You send a request and confirm your email. The owner confirms the vehicle is available on your date, declines, or asks a question. The owner replies within 12 hours.

After confirmation you pay a prepayment on the site. The booking is confirmed only once the prepayment is received.

If the service starts in less than 24 hours, payment is due quickly: within 2 hours of confirmation, but no later than 1 hour before the start. Until payment is received, the booking is not confirmed.

3. Payment

Online you pay only the prepayment, which is the Platform's fee for matching and booking. The remaining amount ("Pay the driver") is paid to the driver on site.

The prepayment and the amount payable to the driver are shown before you submit a request and in the confirmation email.

4. Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel a paid booking: 100% of the prepayment is refunded at least 72 hours before the start; 50% at 24–72 hours; no refund less than 24 hours before.

If the owner or the Platform cancels, the prepayment is refunded in full. A payment received after the payment deadline, or a duplicate payment, is refunded in full.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Liability

The Platform vets owners before publishing but does not guarantee the quality of services provided by independent owners and drivers. You can report a problem with a trip via the "Report a problem" form or by email.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform's liability is limited to the prepayment amount.

6. Your obligations

Provide accurate details, flight number and addresses. The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's seats.

7. Reviews

A review can be left only for a completed trip. The Platform may hide a review that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the version published at the time of booking applies. The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern, unless mandatory rules of your country require otherwise.
